So we've had a few sweltering nights the past few weeks and it's really affecting the quality of my sleep (something which is quite important if you want to look/feel good). Today I stumbled upon this wikiHow article and it has lots of great ideas. I'm going to try the "egyptian method" (#4) tonight. I'm also intrigued by the buckwheat pillow, I've found one on The Linen Closet, but I've never purchased anything from that site. I have to wonder if the pillow would be worth the price. Anyone else use a buckwheat pillow?
I took this picture a few weeks ago from the side of the ferry during a windy trip from Ramea. It makes me feel cooler, mind over matter right?
